Amazon Connect is AWS's pay-as-you-go contact centre — visual contact flows (IVR), Lex bots, Lambda integration, and Contact Lens analytics. Manage in the AWS console or aws connect CLI; agents work in the browser-based CCP. The pane connects live via your AWS Control profile — instances, real-time queue metrics, contact flows and claimed numbers.
