PagerDuty is the established on-call/incident-response platform — alert routing, escalation policies, on-call schedules, and incident timelines. Cloud-hosted; trigger and resolve incidents via the Events API v2 and pull on-call/incident data via the REST API. Point your monitors at it (route a down service to an escalation policy). Keep the API key in Keychain.
