Opsgenie (Atlassian) handles alert aggregation, on-call schedules, routing rules and escalations, with deep Jira/Statuspage integration. Cloud-hosted; create alerts via the Alerts API and manage schedules/escalations via REST. Note: Atlassian is migrating Opsgenie into Jira Service Management / Compass — check current availability. API key in Keychain.
