Salt (SaltStack, VMware) does fast remote execution and configuration management over a high-speed message bus — states (YAML/Jinja), grains/pillars, an event-driven reactor, and masterless salt-call mode. brew install saltstack, then salt '*' state.apply. Scales to very large fleets with low latency.
