Peplink Balance/MAX routers do multi-WAN load balancing, failover and SpeedFusion bonding (great with cellular). Add the router in the Router & Network pane with a web-admin user+password to read WAN link status (the WAN Failover dashboard shows which link is active). Also manageable via InControl2 cloud. Web admin on :443.
