OpenControl is an open-source schema and toolchain for compliance-as-code — describe systems, components and how they satisfy controls (e.g. NIST 800-53) in YAML, then generate System Security Plans with compliance-masonry. The open precursor to OSCAL-style automated documentation; install the CLI and keep control docs in git.
