One of Korea's largest PGs. Its REST API replaced the old ppcli TCP module. Merchants get a 5-character site code (site_cd) on contract and download a service certificate (PEM) and private key from the partner admin (파트너관리자 > 기술관리센터 > 인증센터). The test site code T0000 and a test certificate/key are provided for staging (stg-spl.kcp.co.kr). Requests above about 10/s can get the calling IP blocked.
