Kuma is a CNCF service mesh built on Envoy that runs on both Kubernetes and VMs (universal mode) with a multi-zone control plane, mTLS, traffic policies and a built-in GUI. Install the kumactl CLI (or kuma-cp); the control-plane GUI/API serves on :5681. The OSS core behind Kong Mesh.
