Channel Talk (Channel Corp.) is a live-chat/helpdesk platform widely used by Korean e-commerce. Credentials are created in the Channel desk under Settings → API Key management → Create new credential, giving an Access Key + Access Secret pair. The current API (api-doc.channel.io now redirects to api-doc.channel.works) uses unversioned paths like /open/channel with a date-based Channel-Version header (e.g. 2026-06-01); omitting it applies a default and returns a Warning header. Legacy /open/v5/... paths still respond. Rate limits are per channel (leaky bucket): non-Enterprise 10 req/s with burst 100 on GET /open/user-chats and 1,000 elsewhere; Enterprise 50 req/s. Enter the credentials below for a live FrontierStack monitor: it counts open (and queued) customer chats and alerts when they pile up.
