BIZTEL is a Japanese cloud telephony service from Link, Inc. (株式会社リンク) — BIZTEL コールセンター for inbound and outbound call centres (IVR, ACD, call recording, real-time monitoring), BIZTEL ビジネスフォン as a cloud PBX for offices, and BIZTEL モバイル for smartphone extensions, used from softphones, IP desk phones and smartphones. Each customer gets its own tenant, administered in the BIZTEL admin screen in the browser; CRM integrations and the call-history API are optional extras. The pane connects live to BIZTEL's API and alerts on missed and abandoned calls.
