Toss Shopping is the marketplace inside the Toss app. Sellers get an Access Key and Secret Key in Toss Shopping Partners (상점 이름 > 가맹점·계정 관리 > 자체 개발 > 키 발급), and must enter the calling IPs when the key is issued. The keys are exchanged at oauth2.cert.toss.im for a token valid about 1 year (expires_in 31535999). Integration-solution vendors need a contract and a solution code that goes in the path (/api/v3/shopping-fep/{code}/...). The docs are GitBook pages with embedded OpenAPI, and a test environment uses oauth2-alpha.cert.toss.im.
