SimpleX Chat is a privacy messenger with no user identifiers at all — no phone number, no account, not even a random ID — using unidirectional message queues for metadata privacy. Use the desktop/mobile app, and self-host your own relays: the SMP server (messaging) and XFTP server (files) from simplexmq via Docker/binary, so your conversations never touch shared infrastructure.
