Matomo (ex-Piwik) is the Google Analytics alternative you own — visits, goals, funnels, heatmaps, full data ownership. It's a PHP/MySQL app: install under your Apache stack and add its JS snippet to sites; it can also import Apache access logs (import_logs.py) for script-free analytics.
