KakaoPay's merchant online-payment API, now served from the KakaoPay Developer Center (developers.kakaopay.com). The old Kakao Developers path (kapi.kakao.com/v1/payment/* with 'Authorization: KakaoAK {admin key}') stopped being offered on 2024-02-01; the same API moved to open-api.kakaopay.com. Secret keys are issued per app under the Developer Center's app section ('내 애플리케이션'), as a dev secret key (used with test CIDs such as TC0ONETIME / TCSEQUENCE) and a live secret key that works only with the merchant's contracted live CID. The exact console page URL could not be confirmed because the docs site renders client-side.
