Jitsi Meet is open-source, self-hosted video conferencing — secure rooms, screen sharing, recording and live streaming, no account required. Run the full stack with the official Docker Compose (docker-jitsi-meet: the web app + Prosody + Jicofo + the JVB media bridge); the web UI serves on HTTPS port 8443 (front it with Apache/Nginx on 443), with the videobridge on UDP 10000. Embed rooms via the external_api / iframe, and add JWT auth for private deployments. For a managed option, Jitsi as a Service (JaaS / 8x8) offers an API. Add its IP:port here to monitor it.
