The Grandstream UCM series (UCM6300, UCM6200 and others) are on-premises IP PBX appliances with no per-user licences — extensions, IVR, queues, conferencing, zero-config provisioning of Grandstream phones and optional UCM RemoteConnect for remote access. Manage in the web UI (HTTPS on port 8089 by default); SIP on 5060. FrontierStack can watch its SIP service with a SIP OPTIONS watch in Alerts.
