GitHub Enterprise brings GitHub to organizations — GitHub Enterprise Server (a self-hosted appliance/VM, web on :443) or Enterprise Cloud, with SAML/SSO, audit and policy controls. There's no native macOS server install. Drive it with the gh CLI (gh auth login --hostname ) or the GitHub REST/GraphQL API; the GitHub Actions live pane works against a GHE host too. Add your instance under Remote Instance below to health-check it.
