Checkfront is a cloud booking platform for rentals, tours and activities — inventory, availability rules, payments and an embeddable booking widget. Its API v3 is documented at api.checkfront.com and is account-scoped (https://.checkfront.com/api/3.0/), using HTTP Basic auth with an API key and secret generated in the account. Two caveats worth knowing before you build: API access is not available on trial accounts (it is a paid add-on you arrange with Checkfront sales), and v3 is in maintenance mode pending a v4 — so treat endpoint stability as a question to confirm with them rather than an assumption.
