Remote Execution lets Bazel (and Buck2/BuildStream) run build/test actions on a remote cluster via the Remote Execution API, with a shared cache — massive speedups for big builds. It's a Bazel feature plus a backend you run or buy: open-source Buildbarn / BuildGrid, or managed BuildBuddy / EngFlow. Point Bazel at it with --remote_executor.
