3proxy is a small, fast proxy server supporting HTTP(S), SOCKS4/5, POP3/SMTP proxying and TCP/UDP port mapping — handy as a lightweight gateway or SOCKS proxy. Configure in 3proxy.cfg (HTTP proxy commonly :3128, SOCKS :1080).
