Infisical syncs application secrets/.env across environments with PR-style change review, secret scanning and K8s/CI integrations. Use the hosted cloud or self-host (Docker Compose); develop with the infisical CLI (brew install infisical/get-cli/infisical) — infisical run -- npm start injects secrets at runtime.
