JANDI (Toss Lab) offers Incoming Webhooks (per topic, or Team Incoming Webhooks that can DM members by email), Outgoing Webhooks triggered by keywords, and prebuilt connectors (Google Calendar, RSS, Trello, JIRA, GitHub, Bitbucket). There is no public read API, so the stored 'credential' is just the webhook URL. Validating it would post a message, so there is no side-effect-free check.
